Design Story

The Philosophy

Inspired by the precision of 1930s and 40s sector dials, the design takes that clean geometry and reimagines it for a modern sports watch.

The railway minute track and circular sector bring a sense of order and precision, while the number 12 and solitary dot at 6 create a distinctive, balanced identity.

Rather than simply recreating the past, we stripped the traditional sector dial down to its essential elements and gave them new depth through a true sandwich construction. Paired with bold hands, a robust cushion case and 200 meters water resistance, the result feels rooted in vintage watchmaking, yet unmistakably modern and unmistakably BAHRAMI.

Each dial is crafted with a true sandwich construction, using multiple layers to create depth, shadow and a striking three-dimensional effect. The indices, numerals and hands are generously filled with premium Swiss Super-LumiNova, using BGW9 for a crisp blue glow and C1 for a warm green hue.

In low light, the dial comes to life, glowing like a torch with exceptional clarity and long-lasting brightness, ensuring perfect legibility in any condition.
